Explore Red Rocks

One of our favorite activities is hiking at Red Rocks, just a short drive away. The stunning views and iconic red rock formations make it the perfect place to get outside and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. Whether you’re taking a leisurely walk or tackling one of the longer trails, it's always worth the visit.

Stroll Through Downtown Evergreen

Downtown Evergreen offers a charming atmosphere with a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés. Enjoy a delicious bite to eat and a cocktail or one of Colorado’s many craft beers available on draft at Murphy’s Mountain Grill or Cactus Jack’s, all while soaking in the views beside the river. The laid-back vibe and scenic surroundings make it a great spot to unwind and enjoy some local flavors.

Hike in Golden and Evergreen

Both Golden and Evergreen are home to countless hiking trails that offer stunning views of the mountains, forests, and wildlife. If you’re up for a scenic hike, check out Lookout Mountain or North Table Mountain in Golden. For a peaceful retreat, head to the Evergreen Lake Loop or try the trails in Elk Meadow Park in Evergreen.

Downtown Golden

Whether you're looking for a one-of-a-kind gift or just want to enjoy the historic charm of the area, there’s plenty to explore. On a hot summer day, take a break along Clear Creek river — relax on the riverbank and dip your feet in to cool off.

Discover Denver

If you have a little more time, take a trip into Denver. The city is home to a variety of museums, including the Denver Art Museum and the Museum of Nature & Science. Art lovers will especially enjoy the RiNo Art District, which is packed with colorful murals and street art around every corner. The Denver Art District on Santa Fe is also a must-visit, with galleries and creative spaces to explore. And don’t miss Union Station, where you can grab a bite, have a drink, and soak in the historic charm of this iconic landmark.
