Where will the cermony and reception take place?

All wedding day events, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Mount Vernon Canyon Club which is located at 24933 Club House Cir, Golden, CO 80401

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and to find your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say "I DO!"

What is the dress code?

Our dress code for the day is semi-formal. Please no jeans.

Can I bring my children?

Although we love your children, we will not be able to accommodate them beyond our nieces and nephews. Unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself.

Can I bring a guest / date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited. If you are given a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so in order to be fully present during our ceremony we kindly ask that you please put away and silence your phones. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the moment for us all! After the ceremony, please feel free take as many pictures as you'd like! We just ask that if you capture any moments you would like to share with us, please use our hashtag #ThroughSwickandThin

What type of food will be served at your wedding and is there an open bar?

TBD. We will provide the drinks for the first few hours, but please bring cash for any drinks beyond that and don't forget to take care of our amazing bartenders!! ***And please NO outside alcohol***

What do I do if I have a food allergy or sensitivity?

Please notify the bride and groom of any food allergies or sensitivities so that special accommodations can be made with the caterer in advance.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the venue?

As the venue is located just a short distance from the city, we will not be providing shuttle transportation. We kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation and drive safely. Thank you!

Is there parking available near the venue?

Yes, there will be plenty of parking right outside the venue!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoors and outdoors. Reception will be held in the main dining room.

Where are you registered?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you'd like to browse our registry, we’ve primarily registered through The Knot, with a few items from Amazon, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn. In addition, we’ve included several cash funds for those who wish to contribute.
